Here and Now
Years ago, Paul had a brush with death in the form of a brain tumor and its subsequent removal.
It became a great gift for him, giving him a constant awareness that the Here and Now contains everything he needs to be happy, loving, and free of fear.
Since then, Beth and Paul have practiced trying not to waste their time together in anger and fear, when compassion and love are instantly accessible, Here and Now.
Paul wrote this tune on a warm autumn equinox evening while Beth and her 'Sisters' were celebrating the balance of the dark and the light in Beth's beautiful garden.
It has become one of our favorite tunes. Hope it will be one of yours!
